Grizzly Farm is the culmination of a lifelong love affair with rural life. From a childhood spent on a cattle ranch to a career in infrastructure development, the call of the land remained constant. Now, nestled in the heart of the Sea to Sky corridor, we've returned to our roots with passion and purpose.
Meet Our Team
At the helm is Leigh Fink, our esteemed Master Grower and a devoted practitioner of permaculture. With meticulous care, Leigh oversees every stage of growth – from seed propagation to greenhouse nurturing, ensuring our crops thrive sustainably. Joining us are Flor, Leo, Yiyo, and Mauricio, our dedicated 2024 field crew. Together, we cultivate 15 acres of blueberries, 5 acres of walnuts and hazelnuts, and an acre of vibrant market vegetables.
